NOVEMBER 15, 2000 AGENDA Cottage Grove City Council UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS A. Consider utilizing Street Division budget surplus to pave approximately 30,000 square feet of parking area at the Public Works shop for needed hard surface storage. Staff Recommendation: Approve fhe utilrzation of the budget surplus for the paving of the parking area at Public Wo�ks. B. Consider denying the request by Thompson Land Development for a major amendment to the PUD approval to allow a twinhome development on a portion of the Pine Summit Additio� development previously approved for single family and to create larger lots for some single family homes, and a site plan review of the proposed twinhome development. Staff Recommendation: Adopf the resolution denying fhe major amendmenf to the PUD approvaf of Pine Summit Addition and fhe site plan review. C. Consider placement of a traffic semaphore at the western intersection of 80th Street and Hemingway Avenue South.
