Consider authorizing the purchase of Communications and Emergency Management office equipment using grant funds received from Washington County Emergency Management in the amount of $3,360.00, and $750.00 donated by Applebee's Restaurant, not to exceed $4,110.00. Staff Recommendation: Authorize the purchase. E. Consider adopting the resolution changing the waiver language for the 2005 pay plan for non-represented employees to be consistent with the settled 2005 labor agreements. Staff Recommendation: Adopt the resolution. F. Consider approving a variance to allow a porch addition to be constructed 31 feet from the rear lot line when 35 feet is required at 9167 Jareau Avenue South. Staff Recommendation: Adopt the resolution approving the rear yard setback variance to allow a porch addition to be constructed at 9167 Jareau Avenue South. G. Consider approving the final plat for Summerhill Crossing 2nd Addition, located on the northwest corner of 70th Street and Hinton Avenue. Staff Recommendation: Authorize issuance of the single-occasion gambling permit conditioned on compliance with all state and local regulations relating to gambling. During the required background investigation, no facts were found that would constitute denia/ of the permit. "W. Consider adopting a resolution certifying delinquent utility bilis to the property tax rolls for pay 2005. Staff Recommendation: Adopt the resolution as proposed. Staff Recommendation: Approve the 2005 City Council Meeting Schedule as follows: Cancel the August 3 and August 17 Regular Meetings; Schedule a Regular Meeting for August 10; Schedule the 2006 Budget Workshop Sessions forAugust 3, August 17, and August 24 if needed. 9.
