A final decision will be made prior to the Truth-in-Taxation Hearing in De- cember 2006: COTTAGE GROVE CITY GOUNCIL September 6, 2006 CALL TO ORDER The City Councii of the City of Cottage Grove, Washington County, Minnesota held a special meeting on Wednesday, September 6, 2006, at the Cottage Grove City Hail, 7516 80`" Street South. Mayor Shiely called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. ROLL CALL Present: Mayor Sandy Shiely Council Member Pat Rice Council Member Mark Grossklaus Council Member Karla Bigham Councii Member Myron Bailey Also Present: Ryan Schroeder, City Administrator Ron Hedberg, Finance/Admin. Svs. Director Mayor Shiely presided over the meeting. BUDGET WORKSHOP The Council reviewed the report included in the regular meeting Agenda packet, item 8.C., and consented to: a. Additional Security Lights at Kingston Park b. GIS Data Mgmt / Mapping Software/Hardware c. Additional CSO / Code Enforcement Hours d. Additional Community Watch Coordinator Hours e. This wili be a dedi- cated revenue source for the Seal Coating Fund. 3. Approve the budget additions to the Generai Fund Operating Budget totaling $809,860.
