Consider estabiishing a project team for the Ice Arena Expansion Project, and consider authorizing advertisement of a request for proposals for construction management services. Staff Recommendation: Establish a project team by appointing two City Council Members and one representative each from the Cottage Grove Athletic Association and South Washington County School District No. 833, and authonze advertisement of a requesf for proposals for construction management services. B. Receive information and provide feedback on the proposed pian for Pine Tree Valley Improvements. Staff Recommendation: Receive information and provide feedback on the proposed plan for Pine Tree Valley Improvements. C. Consider adopting a resolution calling for a public hearing on the TH61/Jamaica Avenue Roundabout Project, and provide direction on the landscaping plan portion of the project.
