Consider the request of the Washington County Assessor to schedule Regional 2007 Board of Appeals and Equalization/Open Book Meetings. Staff Recommendation: Schedule the 2007 Open Book Meetings as follows: Cottage Grove City Hall on Thursday, April 12th, from 5:00 p.m. — 7:00 p.m.; Oakdale City Hall on Wednesday, April 18th, from 5:00 p.m. — 7:00 p.m.; and Washington County Government Center on Wednesday, May 2nd, from 1:00 p.m. — 7:00 p.m. E. Consider authorizing staff to apply for the MN DNR Local Trail Connections Grant for an amount of $25,000 with the understanding that this is a matching grant and the City of Cottage Grove is the sole sponsor of the project. Staff Recommendation. Authorize staff to apply ior the MN DNR Locai Trail Connecfions Grant to be used towards the 2007 Highlands Park Trailway project. F.
