COUNCIL ACTION REQUEST:
1. Reject all bids received for Aluminum Entrances, Windows and Glazing for the Ice Arena
Expansion Project.
2. Adopt the attached resolution establishing an April 8, 2008 bid date for the Aluminum
Entrances, Windows and Glazing for the Ice Arena Expansion Project.

Glazing for the Ice Arena Expansion Project.
2. Staff recommends adopting the attached resolution establishing an April 8, 2008 bid date

RESOLUTION NO. 08-
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A NEW BID DATE FOR THE AI.UMINUM ENTRANCES,
1NIf4iDOV1/S AND C;�AZIN(s
WHEREAS, plans and specifications have been prepared in accordance with the City
standards and specifications for the Aluminum Entrances, Windows and Glazing; and
WHEREAS, such plans and specifications were approved by the City Council on
January 16, 2008 and a bid date was established.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Cottage
Grove, County of Washington, State of Minnesota, as follows:
1. Sealed bids will be received in the office of the City Clerk until 2:00 p.m. on
Tuesday, April 8, 2008.
