APPROVAL OF MINUTES A. June 18, 2008 Regular Meeting. 4. CONSENT CALENDAR A. Accept and Place on File the Following Minutes: i. Economic Development Authority Me2ting Minutes from June 2008. B. Consider adopting a resolution accepting grant funding in the amount of $500 from Target in support of the Cottage Grove National Night Out event. Sfaff Recommendat+on: Adopt the resolution. C. Consider appointing Krystal N1cCalvy to a second one-year term as a Youth Commissioner on the Parks, Recreation and Natural Resources Commission. StaffRecommendation: Approve the appointment. D. Consider approving the part-time wage resolution. Staff Recommendation: Approve the parttime wage resolution. E. Consider accepting the resignation of Pamela Rojas from the Human Services/Human Rights Commission and declare a vacancy. Staff Recommendation: Accept the resignation and declare a vacancy. Consider adopting a resolution accepting donations in the amount of $2,872.00 on behalf of the Public Safety, Fire and Recreation Departments for the 15th Annual Youth Safety Camp. Staff Recommendation: Adopt the resolution accepting donations in the amount of $2, 872.00 on behalf of the Public Safety, Fire and Recreation Departments for the 15th Annual Youth Safety Camp. G. Consider authorizing staff to contract with Washington Conservation District and members of the Washington County Water Consortium for the shared Water Resource Education Program for 2009 — 2012. Statf Recommendation: Authorize contracting between Washington Conseroation District and members of the Washington County Water Consortium for the shared Water Resource Education Program for 2009 — 2012. H. Consider adopting a resolution accepting a donation from the St. Paul Park — Newport Lions Club for the 4th of July Fireworks Display. StatF Recommendation: Adopt the resolufion accepting the donation. "`I.
