Consider adopting a resolution accepting a donation in the amount of $1,000 to be used toward the installation of bleacher heat on the west rink of the Cottage Grove Ice Arena. Staff Recommendation: Adopt the resolution accepting the donation. C. Consider approving the purchase of one used 2004 GMC C7500 aerial truck from Aspen Equipment in the amount of $68,958.75, including sales tax. Staff Recommendation: Approve the purchase. D. Consider adopting a resolution accepting a donation from 3M for the 4th of July fireworks display. Staff Recommendation: Adopt the resolution accepting the donation. L Consider authorizing the disposition of 107 outdated VHF portable radios, destroying 22 of these radios and selling off the remaining 85 radios via eBay. Gonsider authorizing the grant application through the Department of Homeland Security's Assistance to Firefighter Fire Station Construction Grants (FSC) to provide financial assistance directly for the fire department (FEMA building construction grant) to be utilized to provide for four sleeping quarters at Fire Station 2.
