B. Consider approving 2010 liquor license renewals for tne following businesses:
American Motorsports Bar and Grill, Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar,
Boondocks Bar & Grill, Carbone's Pizza, Cedarhurst, Cub Foods, Dennis
Brothers �iquor, G-Wil{ Liquors, Holiday #3870, Las Margaritas Mexican
Restaurant, MGM Wine & Spirits, Mississippi Dunes Golf Links, Rainbow
Foods, River Oaks Goif Course, Ruby Tuesday, Shamrock Liquors,
SuperAmerica #4183, Top Ten Wine & Spirits, VFW Post #8752.
Staff Recommendation: Approve the liquor /icense renewals. During the required background
investigatrons, no facfs were found fhat would constitute a basis for denia/ of the applications.
C. Consider authorizing staff to enter into a two-year service agreement with Bixby
Portable Toilet Service to provide portable restrooms at municipa0 parks and
golf course.
Staff Recommendation: Authorize staff to enter into the service agreement.
D. Consider adopting a resolution accepting the donation of labor, materials,
equipment and services from A-1 Excavating & Recycling, Inc. related to tne
crushing of rock into approximately 10,000 cubic yards of non-compacted rock
materials for the Hamlet Park Pond Project.
Staff Recommendation: Adopt fhe resolution.
E. Consider accepting a$130 grant from the Minnesota Historic Society to fund
the attendance by John M. Burbank at the 2009 State Historic Preservation
Conference.
Staff Recommendation: Adopt the resolution accepting the grant,
F. Consider approving the Bonestroo, S.E.H. and WSB 2010 Rate Schedule for
municipal services.
Staff Recommendation: Approve the 2010 Rate Schedule.
G. Consider adopting a resolution to certify delinquent utility bills to the property
tax rolis for pay 2010.
Staf( Recommendation: Adopt the resolution.
H. Consider adopting a resolution designating depositories for City funds and
authorizing the investment ot surplus funds for 2009 and 2010.
Staff Recommendafion: Adopt the resolution.
I. Consider adopting a resolution to accept the donation of $500.00 from 3M
Corporation to the Cottage Grove Police Department for the purchase of youth
crime prevention materials.
Staff Recommendation: Adopt the resolution.
J. Consider adopting a resolution to affirm the Quit Claim Deed as approved by
the Economic Development Ruthority.

K. Consider approving the Memorandum of Agreement with NorthEast Metro
intermediate District 916 Career and Technical Center (NorthEast Metro 916)
and the City of Cottage Grove Department of Public Safety.

R. Consider adopting the 2010 — 2014 Capital Improvement Program.
Staff Recommendation: Adopt the CIP.
B. Consider an application for a conditional use permit to allow the installation of a
113-foot tall, 10 kilowatt wind turbine at 6749 Geneva Avenue South.
Staff Recommendatron: The Planning Commission recommended approval of the conditional
use permif.
