COTTAGE GROVE CITY COUNCIL
Workshop Session
April 7, 2010
WORKSHOP SESSION – CLOSED TO PUBLIC
The following were present: Mayor Myron Bailey, Council Member Jen Peterson, Council
Member Pat Rice, and Council Member Justin Olsen.
The following were absent: Council Member Mark Grossklaus.
Also present: Ryan Schroeder, City Administrator; Caron Stransky, City Clerk; Howard Blin,
Community Development Director; and Jennifer Levitt, City Engineer.
MOTION BY COUNCIL MEMBER OLSEN, SECONDED BY COUNCIL MEMBER PETERSON,
TO CLOSE THE MEETING AT 6:30 P.M. MOTION CARRIED. 4-0.
Pursuant to the open meeting law, the City Council discussed potential litigation with the City
Attorney, Corrine Heine.
MOTION BY COUNCIL MEMBER OLSEN, SECONDED BY COUNCIL MEMBER PETERSON,
TO RECONVENE THE WORKSHOP SESSION AND ADJOURN AT 7:05 P.M. MOTION
CARRIED. 4-0
