B. Consider adopting a resolution accepting the donation of $100.00 from the
Cottage Grove VFW for the 4th of July Fireworks Display sponsored by the
Cottage Grove Lions Club.
Staff Recommendation: Adopt the resolution.
C. Consider approving change order #3 for Hamlet Pond Phase 3.
Staff Recommendatron: Approve the change order.
D. Consider adopting a resolution appointing election judges for the August 10,
2010 Primary Election and November 2, 2010 General Election.
Staff Recommendation: Adopt the resolution.

E. Consider authorizing the preparation of a feasibility report for the Ravine
Parkway Phase 2.
Staff Recommendation: Adopt the resolution authorizing the preparation of the feasibility report.
F. Consider authorizing the preparation af plans and specifications for the repair of
the deteriorated 66-inch concrete storm sewer from Hefner to Hamlet Park
Pond as outiined in Option #3.
Sfaff Recommendation: Authorize the preparation of plans and specifications for the repair as
outlined in Option #3.
G. Consider approving the application for a grant from Fireman's Fund Insurance
Company, and adopt a resolution accepting the grant and authorize the
purchase of two multi-gas monitors for a total price of $2,768.16, and the
purchase and installation of a foam fill station at a price of $3,475.00. The total
grant request from Fireman's Fund Insurance Company is $6,243.16. There are
no matching dollars required from the City.
Staff Recommendation: Approve the application, adopt the resolution accepting the grant, and
authorize the purchases.
H. Receive Public Safety/City Hall project budget and financing plan.
Staff Recommendafion: Receive information on Public Safety/Cify Ha!( project budget and
financing,
1. Consider granting a variance from the six-foot side yard setback requirement to
allow a driveway at 8226 Innsdale Avenue South to be one foot from the side
property line.
Staff Recommendation: Adopt the resolution granting the variance.
J. Consider approving a conditional use permit to allow excavation of
approximately 10,000 cubic yards of excess soil to re-grade an existing private
access road between the 3M wastewater treatment facility and the East Cove
area.
Staff Recommendatron: Adopt the resolution approving the conditional use permit.
K. Consider ordering the abatement of nuisance violations at 8094 Johansen
Avenue South with the costs to be paid by the property owner.
Staff Recommendafion: Adopt the resolution ordering the abatement.
L. Consider authorizing staff to purchase holiday decorations and banners as
approved by the Cottage Grove Economic Development Authority.

M. Consider authorizing the City Administrator to submit a TIGER II grant
application for funding for improvements to the TH61 and County Road 19
interchange.

P. Approve the 2010 Vehicle Replacement Plan amendments.

Toyota Prius and 2010 Ford Escape Hybrid SUV.

for the Union Depot Multi-modal Transit Hub in downtown St. Paul by the
Ramsey County Regional Railroad Authority.
