A. Accept and Place on File the Following Minutes:
i. Public Works Commission Meeting Minutes from June 14, 2010.
ii. Economic Development Authority Minutes from June 8, 2010 and July 13,
2010.
iii. °lanning Commission Minutes from July 26, 2C10.
iv. Public Safety, Health & Welfare Commission Minutes from March 16, 2010 and
July 20, 2010.
B. Consider awarding the contract for the Boulevard Ash Tree Removal and Replacement
to St. Croix Tree Service in the amount of $42,514.00.
Staff Recommendation: Adopt the resolution awarding the contract.
C. Consider authorizing the preparation of a feasibility report for the Pine Coulee (District
I-1) and Howards Addition (District A-1) Pavement Management Project.
Staff Recommendafion: Adopt the resolution authorizing the preparation of the feasibility report.
D. Consider ordering the abatement of nuisance violations at 7159 Janero Avenue South
with the costs to be paid by the property owner.
Staff Recommendation: Adopf the resolution ordering the abatement.

E. Consider approving the 2010 - 2011 maps designating areas to discharge archery and
firearms within the city.
Staff Recommendation: Approve the 2010 — 2011 archery and firearms maps.
�F. Consider authorizing the purchase of turf equipment from TCP of the Twin Cities-2
John Deere 2500 E Greens Mowers ($13,500 each), 2 John Deere Bunker Rakes
($6,500 each), 1 John Deere 2653 Utility Mower ($13,500), and 1 John Deere 800
Aercore ($9,995), plus applicable sales tax.
Staff Recommendation: Authorize the purchase pursuant to the August 18, 2010 budget discussion.

6. PUBLIC HEARINGS
A. 1. Hold the public hearing for the issuance of Capital Improvement Plan bonds to fund
construction of a new Public Safety/City Hall facility. 2. Consider adopting the
resolution giving preliminary approval for the issuance of the City's General Obligation
Capital Improvement Plan bonds in an amount not to exceed $11,700,000 and
adopting the City of Cottage Grove MN Capital Improvement Plan of 2011 through
2015.
Staff Recommendation: Adopt the Capital fmprovement Plan of 2011 through 2015, including the
�esolution giving prefiminary approva! for the issuance of GO Capital Improvement Plan Bonds in an
amount not to exceed $> 1,700,000.
