State Senator Katie Sieben, District 57, will swear in Council Member Dave Thiede and Washington
County Commissioner Autumn Lehrke, District 4 will swear in Council Member Derrick Lehrke.

A. Accept and Piace on File the Following Minutes: None submitted.
B. Consider adopting a resolution designating depositories for City funds and authorizing
the investment of surplus funds for 2011.
Staff Recommendation: Adopt the resolution.
C. Consider authorizing staff to administratively sign off for recording a minor subdivision
of Outlot E, Everwood Addition, to create the underlying parent parcel for Everwood
7hird Addition.
Staff Recommendation: Adopt the resotution authorizirig the reyuest.
D. Consider authorizing staff to accept the Washington County SHIP Community Partner
Project "Living Health in Wastiington County° grant for an amount of $3,500 to be used
toward the purchase and installation af permanent bicycle racks at each of the
community parks.
SfaS Recommendation: Adopf the resolution accepting the grant.

E. Consider designating the South Washington County Bulletin as the City"s Official
Newspaper for 2011.
Staff Recommendation: Desrgnate �he South Washington Counry Bulletin as the City's Official Newspaper
for 2011. The 2011 rate is $12.75 per column inch.
F. Consider adopting a resolution approving final payment in the amount of $115,437.37
to Valley Paving, Inc. for 2009 Final Street Construction.
Staff Recommendation: Adopt the resolution and final payment.
G. Consider reaffirming the Public Purpose Policy.
Staff Recommendation: Reaffirm the policy.
H. Consider approving the plans and specifications and establish a February 3, 2010 bid
date for the Innsdale Tank Painting.
Staff Recommendation: Adopt the resolution approving the plans and specifications and establishing the
bid date.

SEaff Recommendation: Approve the 2011 Cify Council Meeting Schedule as fo(lows: Cancel the August 3
and August 17 meetings; Schedule a Regular Meeting for August 10; Schedule Budget Workshop
Sessions for July 27, August 3, and August 17 (rf needed).
