Burbank, Senior Planner DATE: December 29, 2010 RE: Minor Subdivision — Everwood Third Addition Introduction Aspen Grove, LLC has requested approval of a minor subdivision of Outlot E, Everwood Addition. This is a staged development, and it is necessary to split Outlot E into two saleable parcels that coincide with the staging plan. The legal description and parcel survey drawing of the new parcel are attached. Recommendation Authorize staff to administratively sign off for recording of a minor subdivision of Outlot E of Everwood Addition to create the underlying parent parcel for Everwood Third Addition. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of Cottage Grove, County of Washington, State of Minnesota, authorizes staff to administratively approve the recording of a minor subdivision of Outlot E, Everwood Addition, to create the underlying parent parcel for Everwood Third Addition.
