February and March of 2011.
ii. Public Works Commission Meeting Minutes from January 10, 2011.
iii. Planning Commission Meeting Minutes from March 28, 2011.

B. Consider appointing Angela Chambliss as Chairperson and Brian Hagen as
Vice-Chairperson of the Public Safety, Health and Welfare Commission for the
2011 term.
Staff Recommendation: Approve the appointments.
C. Consider authorizing acquisition of property for the construction of 85th Street
at Ravine Parkway.
Staff Recommendation: Authorize acquisition of the property.
D. Consider approving Public Safety/City Hall sustainability features.
Staff Recommendation: Approve Public Safety/City Hall sustainability features.
E. Consider approving City Administrator Ryan Schroeder's 2011 salary at
$119,704.00 retroactive to January 1, 2011.
Staff Recommendation: Approve the City Administrator's 2011 salary.
F. Consider creating an historic artifact donation policy to accept donations of
historic pictures, books, letters, documents, and other historic artifacts related to
Cottage Grove.
Staff Recommendation: Adopt the resolution creating a formal policy related to historic
donations.
G. Consider approving a fourth one-year extension to the final plat approval for
Oak Cove Addition.
Staff Recommendation: Adopt the resolution approving the extension.
H. Consider proclaiming May 15 — 21, 2011 as National Public Works Week.
Staff Recommendation: Proclaim National Public Works Week.
I. Receive information regarding Ravine Parkway Project.
Staff Recommendation: Receive information.

A. Consider authorizing the execution of an agreement with the Minnesota Land
Trust establishing a restrictive land conservation easement on the 11.2-acre
City-owned parcel of land formerly know as the "Gonyea Parcel."
Staff Recommendation: Adopt the resolution authorizing the execution of an agreement with the
Minnesota Land Trust.
B. 1. Consider creating a 10-member sub-committee to explore options for the
establishment of a Civic Campus memorial tribute feature. 2. Consider
appointing members to serve on the sub-committee. 3. Consider directing staff
to administratively appoint the open seats that are yet to be determined with
appropriate volunteer representatives from the listed organizations.
Staff Recommendation: 1. Create the Civic Campus memorial tribute feature sub-committee. 2.
