Due to the state government shutdown, no electrical inspections could be done. This would have created major delays for current and future building projects. At the July 6, 2011, City Council meeting, the Council approved an agreement for electrical inspection services with Dietrich Electric, Inc. to provide electrical inspections from July 2011 through July 1, 2014. Also approved was an amendment to the City's fee table adding electrical inspection fees. After the agreement was signed, Bill Dietrich provided staff with an up -to -date fee schedule, so an ordinance amendment is needed to reflect these fees. ff •u I- •.
