Produced by the same team that compiles the 20- year -old Star Tribune 100 report of the best - performing public companies in Minnesota, Top Workplaces recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions about company leadership, communication, career opportunities, workplace environment, managerial skills, pay and benefits. The analysis included responses from over 60,500 employees at Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations. The rankings in the Star Tribune Top 100 Workplaces are based on survey information collected by WorkplaceDynamics, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention. Werner Electric Supply Minnesota was ranked 12th this year on the Midsize company list. "To have earned this recognition last year was very exciting to everyone in our company. But, to repeat this a second year and be able to raise our rankings, is a real tribute to our people and the commitment they have to then work here at Werner." They serve seven branch locations throughout Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. To qualify for the Star Tribune Top Workplaces, a company must have more than 50 employees in Mi Over 1,200 companies were invited to participate. Rankings were composite scores calculated purely on the basis of employee responses. Information in this module will not be posted on the Chamber Website; it is utilized by the Chamber for correspondence, billing, event invitations, etc. • Webpage Info: View, edit and add the business information that you want the consumer to see when they view your business directory listing on the Chamber's website. Include links to your Linkedln and Facebook pages. Edit your listing in the Google map displayed in the Business Directory. Information in this section can be different from the information in the Member Info module. • Advertising: Upon launch of the RE-DESIGNED CHAMBER WEBSITE you can post current job openings and Hot Deals. Watch the Chamber's Monday emails "Upcoming Chamber Events and News!" for the announcement that the website has gone live. The ability to post upcoming events is now live.
