The Planning Commission's tentative agenda was reviewed by the Commission.
Item 6.3 — Cingular W ireless Antenna — CUP07-004 and V07-003, two questions were
brought up by the Commission. The Commission was curious if the city is creating
precedence in granting variances for each of the wireless antennas. The Commission
also had a concern that the proposed 325-foot setback being called "just shy of the
ordinance requirement" was misleading. The 450-foot setback requirement leaves a
difference of 125-feet,
