by State Law and City Ordinance to be licensed.
BACKGROUND
Pursuant to City Ordinance, Eric Trevor Witt, on behalf of the Cottage Grove Lions Club,
P.O. Box 002, Cottage Grove, MN 55016, has submitted an application for a temporary

provisions of the City Liquor Ordinance or Minnesota Statutes relating to alcoholic
beverages.
