Cottage Grove City Council March 21, 2012 Special Meeting City Engineer Levitt then reviewed a power point presentation regarding the amount of non - 3M waste that could be brought into the incinerator that has to be generated in the U.S. The waste could not come from Canada, Mexico or any other location. She stated that law enforcement waste would be accepted. The MPCA reviewed the parameter and reasons of emissions negotiated with 3M. City Engineer Levitt stated that there was a request to prepare a risk assessment. The MPCA has requested that 3M prepare an a permit issuance., City Engineer Levitt stated that the City has requested tl inspections take place.
