Transmitted herewith is a copy of the Quote Tabulation for your information and file. Copies will also be distributed to each contractor that submitted a quote once the Project has been awarded. There were a total of 5 quotes received. The attached quote tabulation summarizes the results of the quotes received. These quotes have been reviewed and found to be in order. The low quote for the Project was submitted by Rumpca Excavating, Inc., in the amount of $99,536.31. This compares to the Engineer's Estimate of approximately $100,000.00. The City will be receiving from the Watershed CCIP Funds up to $45,730 or 35% of the project cost. If the City Council wishes to award the Project to the low quote received, then Rumpca Excavating, Inc. should be awarded the Project based on the Total Quote Amount of $99,536.31.
