Public Hearings and Applications 6.1 Leitch Accessory Structure — Case CUP13 -023 Richard Leitch has applied for a conditional use permit to allow a 1,000 square foot accessory structure in addition to the existing 2,480 square foot accessory structure at 6192 65th Street South. 6.2 Bielke Porch Addition — Case V13 -028 Bernard and Sue Bielke have applied for a variance to rear setback requirements to allow a porch addition to be 31 feet from the rear property line when 35 feet is required at 8057 Jocelyn Avenue South. 6.3 Goodwill — Case ZA13 -024, SP13 -025, CUP13 -026 1501 Partnership has applied for a zoning amendment to change the zoning of the property at 7350 80th Street South from B -1, Limited Business, to B -2, Retail Business; a site plan review of a 19,387 square foot retail building; and a conditional use permit to allow a donation drop -off facility. 7. Adjournment Planning Commission Agenda July 22, 2013 Page 2 Continued to August 26, 2013 Planning Commission Meeting 7310 Lamar Barn Event Venue — Case CUP13 -020 Wayne and Angie Butt have applied for a Historic Places Conditional Use Permit to allow the barn located at 7310 Lamar Avenue South to be used as a wedding and event venue. Ryland Homes — Case ZA13 -021 and PP13 -022 Ryland Homes has applied for a zoning amendment to change the zoning from AG -1, Agricultural Preservation, to R -3, Single Family Residential, with a Planned Development Overlay; and a preliminary plat for a residential subdivision to be located lying north of 70th Street, west of Jamaica Avenue, south of Military Road, and directly north of The Waters at Michael's Pointe Subdivision, which will consist of 133 lots for detached single - family homes on 69.3 acres of land. Public Improvements Surety Text Amendment— TA13 -016 The City of Cottage Grove has applied for a zoning text amendment to the City's Subdivision Ordinance to allow subdividers of property to construct the public improvements within their projects either privately or publicly, with publicly designed plans and specifications; and to change the amount of financial sureties that developers submit to the City for public improvements, site grading, erosion control, and landscaping to 125 percent of the construction cost.
