RESOLUTION NO. 13-
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ABATEMENT OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ON
PARCEL 29.027.21.31.0003 OWNED BY STATE OF MINNESOTA DNR LAND
BUREAU
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted assessments for the street improvements
on parcel 29.027.21.31.0003 in 2001.
WHEREAS, the land is owned by the State of Minnesota Department of Natural
Resources.
WHEREAS, The State of Minnesota has paid the principal, but not the interest
portion of the assessment in 2001, and between 2004 and 2013. The total unpaid
interest amount is $1,873.25.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of Cottage
Grove, County of Washington, State of Minnesota, abates the interest payable in 2001
and between 2004 and 2013 on this assessment in the amount of $1,873.25.
