The property is commercially guided and located within the B -2, Retail Business zoning district. The 188,000 square foot retail merchandise building is located at the north end of the site and was recently opened. There are 850 parking spaces provided on the site. Motor vehicle access is provided from East Point Douglas Road and the newly constructed public road that serves the balance of the Apache property. The outdoor display and sales of nursery products and merchandise utilizes 54 parking spaces. On other similar proposed temporary uses, the short -term loss of parking has not proven to have a negative impact on the site's parking operation. There is an abundant number of parking spaces still available in the vicinity and on the site as a whole. ... .... ... ... -- ....- .... .......... ... — ". . .............
