Consider authorizing the purchase of workers compensation insurance from the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust in the amount of $358,826.00, which includes a credit for our experience modifier, a premium discount, and a $10,000.00 per occurrence medical deductible. Staff Recommendation: Approve the request. D. Consider authorizing issuance of the following licenses to the Church of St. Rita, 8694 80th Street South: Calendar Raffle on April 29, 2015 (Single Occasion Gambling); Pig Roast on August 8, 2015 (Temporary On Sale Intoxicating Liquor); Fall Festival on September 12 & 13, 2015 (Single Occasion Gambling and Temporary On Sale Intoxicating Liquor). Staff Recommendation: Approve the request. E. Consider authorizing issuance of the following licenses to the Cottage Grove Lions: Strawberry Fest events at Kingston Park on June 19 & 20, 2015, and Lamar Park Softball Complex on June 20, 2015 (Temporary On Sale Intoxicating Liquor); Big Ticket Raffle on August 18, 2015 at American Motorsports Bar & Grill, 7240 East Point Douglas Road (Single Occasion Gambling). Staff Recommendation: Approve the request. F. Consider passing an ordinance amending City Code Title 10-4-3-C-1-c to increase the fee in lieu of park land dedication for residential subdivision and development. Staff Recommendation: Approve the request. G. Consider adopting a resolution calling for the sale of $6,000,000 General Obligation Improvement Bonds 2015A. Staff Recommendation: Approve the request. H. Consider awarding the renovation of the Woodridge Park Activity Building to the quoters listed for a total construction cost of $252,718.00 under the construction management process approved by Council on 2/4/2015. Staff Recommendation: Approve the request. I. Consider approving the proposed City Code amendments prohibiting the land spreading of septage within the Cottage Grove municipal boundaries. Staff Recommendation: Approve the request. J. Consider approving the Promissory Note of $39,000 for the 0.75 acres of land th on the Goebel property located south of 70 Street on the future Ravine Parkway alignment. Staff Recommendation: Approve the request. K. 1. Consider passing an ordinance amending City Code Title 9-7-9, Licensing of Rental Property, and Title 9-7-8F, Rental Licensing Procedure-Renewal. 2. Consider passing an ordinance amending City Code Title 3-9-3 Application for License; Insurance Requirements, Issuance or Denial, regarding contractor’s licenses. 3. Consider passing an ordinance amending the City Fee Table by adding rental license late fees, and adopting a resolution authorizing publication of the ordinance by title and summary. Staff Recommendation: Approve the request. L. Consider adopting a resolution amending Resolution No. 06-138, which approved the vacation and discontinuance of certain drainage and utility easements in Summerhill Crossing, to correct the legal description. Staff Recommendation: Approve the request. M. Consider purchase of 65,945 pounds of Roadsaver 535MN Crafco Sealant from Brock White at $0.59 per pound. Staff Recommendation: Approve the request.
