Pass a motion approving the sale by public auction of one (1) 2007 Ford Expedition fire
response vehicle. The public auction will be conducted by Cranky Ape Auctions in Lake Elmo,
MN.

Includ�d in the 2015 Fire Division Budgefi was the replacement o�one 20fl7 Ford Expeditiar,
SUV fire r�sponse v�hicle. We have received the rep(acement vehicle, a 2015 Ford Int�rceptor
SUV far the 2007 Ford Expedition and if is now in service.
The Fire Divisian is r�questing to sell the 2007 Ford Expedifiion SUV, vehicle number 3117,
VIN # 1FMFU16577LA68002 with fiixed ass�t#31$6 on the public auction site
CrankyApe.com. lhis vehicle has been used by two {2) of the city departments (police/fire).
The f'ublic Safety Divis�on has used this auctian site numerous times in the past and we have
had gaod luck selling our used vehicles through them.
Therefore, I am requesting the Cify Council pass a motion to self this vehicle via pub(ic aucfiion.
