Consider authorizing issuance of a single-occasion gambling permit to Cottage Grove Elementary PTO Inc. to conduct a raffle on October 23, 2015 at Cottage Grove Elementary School. Staff Recommendation:Approve the request. C. Consider approving the donation of used/out-of-service uniform jackets to the Boy Scouts of America for use during their winter camp. Staff Recommendation:Approve the request. D. Consider approving the sale by public auction of one 2007 Ford Expedition fire response vehicle by Cranky Ape Auctions. Staff Recommendation:Approve the request. E. Consider authorizing issuance of a single-occasion gambling permit to the East Ridge Diamond Club to conduct a raffle and bingo at River Oaks Golf Course on October 24, 2015. Staff Recommendation:Approve the request. F. Consider approving Change Order No. 1 in the amount of$11,450 for the Woodridge Park Activity Building Project. Staff Recommendation:Approve the request. G. Consider adopting a resolution approving final payment in the amount of $21,891.30 to Valley Paving, Inc. for the 2014 Pavement Management Project. Staff Recommendation:Approve the request. H. Consider adopting a resolution approving final payment in the amount of $276,085.80 to Pearson Brothers, Inc. for the 2015 Seal Coating Project. Staff Recommendation:Approve the request. I. Consider approving Change Order No. 2 in the amount of$98,319.99 for the 2015 Pavement Management Project. Staff Recommendation:Approve the reguest. J. Consider approving the Agreement Between Washington Conservation District and Members of the 2016 — 2018 East Metro Water Resource Education Program. Staff Recommendation:Approve the request. K. Consider approving the Stormwater Management Agreement with the Church of St. Rita. Staff Recommendation:Approve the request. ° L. Consider authorizing issuance of a single-occasion gambling permit to Zion Lutheran Church, 8500 Hillside Trail South, to conduct a raffle on 9/26/2015. Staff Recommendation:Approve the request. M. � Consider authorizing Amendment No. 1 to the Land Transfer and Replacement Agreement with Washington County. Staff Recommendation:Approve the request. N. Consider approving the Building Inspection Services Agreements that include fee increases with the City of Newport and the City of St. Paul Park. Staff Recommendation:Approve the request. O. Consider authorizing a letter of support to Washington County to expedite the improvement project at the CSAH 19 and East Point Douglas Road intersection to the County's Capital Improvement Plan, which would include relocation of the access to Ravine Regional Park. Consider adopting a resolution approving a conditional use permit for the expansion of a nonconforming use to allow the construction of a 24-foot by 36- foot detached accessory structure and a picnic shelter at the 3M Trap and Skeet Club, 9600 105t" Street Court South. Staff Recommendation:Approve the request. Q. Consider adopting a resolution approving a conditional use permit for the • expansion of a legal nonconforming use to allow exterior storage, delivery, return, and service of mobile office trailers at 10870 Ideal Avenue South, commonly known as Roger's Automotive. Staff Recommendation:Approve the request. R. Consider adopting a resolution approving a conditional use permit to allow a sign up to 126 square feet to be mounted on the southeast side of Crossroads Church, 7955 Ivystone Avenue South.
