Hy -Vee, Inc. has applied for the following:
• Re -subdivision of Grove Plaza Shopping Center 2nd Addition for properties located at
7200, 7210, 7282, and 7362 East Point Douglas Road
• A site plan review for the redevelopment of the Grove Plaza Shopping Center
• Conditional use permits for a restaurant with on -sale liquor; drive-throughs for banking,
pharmacy, and grocery pick-up; the sign plan for the overall site development; motor
fuel/convenience store; and outdoor displays in front of the grocery store
• Variances to certain development regulations relating to off-street parking, building and
parking setbacks, landscaping, outdoor temporary/seasonal sales, and prohibition for off-
site signage
• An interim conditional use permit for a seasonal garden center
6.2 Solar Energy Systems Text Amendment — Case TA15-025
The City of Cottage Grove has applied for a zoning text amendment to City Code Title 11,
Chapter 4, Special Zoning Provisions, to add Section 10, Solar Collector Systems, to regulate
solar energy systems in all zoning districts.
