closer to the front property line than the principal structure
at 7156 Granada Avenue South.

Course.
8. APPROVE DISBURSEMENTS
A. Approve Payment of Check Numbers 195919 through 196109 in the Amount
of$546,741.88 and EFT Payments of$174,879.87.
9. PUBLIC HEARINGS
A. Dominium Senior Housing Project
Staff 1) Hold a public hearing to vacate and discontinue
Recommendation: existing public utility and drainage easements located
within Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, Frattalone's Southpoint
Ridge Addition; 2)Adopt a Resolution 2016-092
approving the vacation and discontinuance of all
drainage and utility easements within Lots 1 and 2,
Block 2, Frattalone's Southpoint Ridge Addition and
authorize the City Clerk to prepare a notice of
completion; 3) Pass Ordinance 961 rezoning 1.633
acres of land at 7007 East Point Douglas Road from B-2
to B-1 with a Planned Development Overlay(PDO) and
amending Res. No. 07-032, to change the approved
Southpoint Ridge PDO Master Plan by replacing office
buildings with a senior housing development;4)Adopt
Resolution 2016-093 approving the Atkinson Corner
preliminary plat; 5)Adopt Resolution 2016-094
approving the Atkinson Corner final plat;and 6)Adopt
Resolution 2016-095 approving the site plan review and
conditional use permit for an affordable senior rental
apartment project.
B. City of Cottage Grove Multifamily Housing Revenue Note Series 2016
Staff Adopt Resolution 2016-096 regarding issuance of
Recommendation: Revenue Obligations to finance a Multifamily Housing
Development in the City and related actions
C. Eastridge Woods 5th Addition
Staff 1) Hold a public hearing to vacate and discontinue
Recommendation: existing public utility and drainage easements located
within Lot 1, Block 1 in Eastridge Woods 4th Addition; 2)
Adopt Resolution 2016-097 approving the drainage and
utility easement vacations; 3) Pass Ordinance 962
changing the zoning classification of 3 acres of land at
9905 Military Road from AG-1 to R-3/PDO;4) Pass
Ordinance 963 amending Ord. No. 913, which approved
the Eastridge Woods Planned Development Overlay
Master Plan, to add eight detached single-family lots to
the Eastridge Woods subdivision; 5)Adopt Resolution
2016-098 approving the Eastridge Woods 5th Addition
preliminary plat; 6)Adopt Resolution 2016-099
approving the Eastridge Woods 5th Addition final plat; 7)
Approve the Eastridge Woods 5th Addition development
agreement;and 8)Adopt Resolution 2016-100
approving the Eastridge Woods 5th Addition final
construction plans &specifications.
10. B I D AWARDS
A. Summers Landing 1 st Street, Utility, and Lighting Improvements Bid Award
Staff Adopt Resolution 2016-101 awarding the bid for the
Recommendation: Summers Landing 1st Street, Utility, and Lighting
Improvements Project is awarded to Friedges
Contracting, Inc. in the amountof$1,035,602.70.
