RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR CALAROSA 1ST ADDITION
WHEREAS, U.S. Home Corporation filed a final plat application with the City of Cottage
Grove to develop a detached single-family residential subdivision named Calarosa 1 st Addition.
This project consists of 48 quad units and 23 lots for detached single-family homes and six
outlots. This subdivision is located on property legally described as:
That part of the Northwest Quarter of Sedion 4, Township 27, Range 21, Washington
County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter; thence on an assumed

WHEREAS, the Developer will utilize the approved plans and specifications dated August
30, 2017, as prepared by Pioneer Engineering to construct the public improvements within the
subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Developer will install the public improvements within the subdivision in
accordance with current City ordinances and policies; and
WHEREAS, a development agreement and financial sureties are required for the
development of this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council for the City of Cottage
Grove, Washington County, Minnesota, hereby approves the Calarosa 1st Addition construdion
plans and specifications dated August 30, 2017, as prepared by Pioneer Engineering, subject to
the following conditions:
1. The developer and builders must comply with all City ordinances and policies.
2. Modifications to final construction plans and specifications shall be permitted in
writing bythe City Engineer.
