U 2018 City-Wide Sweeping Project - Quote Award Staff Recommendation:Adopt Resolution 2018-043 awarding the quote for the 2018 City-Wide Sweeping Project to Mike McPhillips, Inc.for$81.00 per hour based on that company's lower average fleet age, their proximiry to Cottage Grove, and their past work history for the City.
