Deutsch;Donn Earl& Bonita Frances Milbrandt. J Public Services Commission Chair Appointment Staff Recommendation:Appoint Commissioner Lise Rediske as Chair of the Public Services Commission. K TH95/Manning Avenue Safety Improvements Project Staff Recommendation:Adopt Resolution 2018-045 establishing a May 16,2018 public hearing for SP 8208-40 2019-2020 TH 95/Manning Avenue Safery Improvement Project. L Soo Line Railroad Water Main Easement Staff Recommendation:Approve EasementAgreement Number 5040101 with the Soo Line Railroad Company for a 20 foot easement for a new public water main. M Rental License Issuance Staff Recommendation:Approve the issuance of rentallicenses to the properties in the attached table. N Eastbrooke Final Plat Staff Recommendation:1.Adopt Resolution 2018-046 approving the final plat for a single family residential subdivision to be known as Eastbrooke, which will indude the phased platting of 1261ots for detached single family homes and 10 outlots on four parcels of land totaling 67.78 gross acres of land.2.Approve the Development Agreemen t for Eastbrooke. 3.Approve th e Assessment Appeal Waiver Agreement.4.Adop t Resolution 2018-047 approving the plans&specifications for the Eastbrooke single family residential development.
