P 3M Settlement Work Group Representative and Alternate Appointments Staff Recommendation:Appoint Ciry Administrator Stevens as the Ciry of Cottage Grove representative and Communiry Development Director Levitt as alternate on the Government and 3M Working Group established by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and Minnesota Department of Natural Resources as part of the 2018 Agreement and Order with 3M Company. Ryan Burfeind,Assistant Ciry Engineer, will be the Ciry's technical representative to the Drinking Water sub group.
