A Ravine Parkway
Staff Recommendation:1.Adopt Resolution 2018-123 authorizing the City to make payment to the appropriate
state agencies, grant committees and commissions, or any other relevant parties in the amount of$51,910 for
removal of a portion of SWWD property from the DNR Conservation Easement and$1,420 for the temporary
easement;and authorize City representatives to execute any necessary documents. 2.Approve and execute the
Quit Claim Deed for 1.46 acres of land to the South Washington Watershed District.3.Approve Change Order#1
for the Ravine Parkway Project in the amount of a$335,000 deduction.
