6.1 Stan Koch & Sons Trucking — Case CUP2019-025
Stan Koch & Sons Trucking, Inc. has applied for an amendment to their existing conditional
use permit for the expansion of a legal nonconforming use to permit the storage and
parking of trucks, cars, semi -tractors, semi -trailers, portable pump systems, and portable
commercial generators on their property located at 9450 Ideal Avenue South.
6.2 Las Margaritas — Case CUP2019-026, SP2019-027, & V2019-028
Stotko Speedling Construction, on behalf of Mopeca Real Estate, LLC, has applied for a
conditional use permit to allow a restaurant with liquor to be located at 7165 East Point
Douglas Road; a site plan review of exterior remodeling and patio; and a variance to
minimum parking requirements.
6.3 Bailey Woods — Case ZA2019-029 & PP2019-030
Pulte Homes has applied for a zoning amendment to change the zoning of property located
on the north side of 65th Street and west of Highland Hills Boulevard from R-2.5,
Residential, to R-3, Single Family Residential, with a Planned Development Overlay
(PDO). Pulte Homes has also applied for a preliminary plat to be called Bailey Woods that
would subdivide a 19.94 -acre parcel of land into a residential development consisting of 41
single family homes and 1 outlot.

PUD -PDO Ordinance Amendment — TA2019-032
The City of Cottage Grove has applied for an ordinance text amendment to City Code Title 11,
Chapter 14, relating to Planned Unit Development District (PUD), to repeal City Code Title 11,
Chapter 14, Article A, related to Planned Development Overlay (PDO) District.
