A. Traffic Control Analysis Report (Pine Glen, Pinehill, Meadow Acres and DeGardners Additions)
Before motion was made and carried, there was discussion about speed enforcement in the area if the 30 mph signs were removed. City Engineer Levitt stated that Deputy Director of Public
Safety Pet Koerner indicated it wouldn’t be an issue for the police to enforce the 30 mph speed limit without the speed limit sign posted.
MOTION MADE BY GARY KJELLBERG, SECONDED BY ALEX CHERNYAEV TO ACCEPT THE 2010 TRAFFIC CONTROL ANALYSIS REPORT (PINE GLEN, PINEHILL, MEADOW ACRES & DE GARDNERS ADDITIONS) NOTING THERE
IS A VISIBILITY ISSUE AT 98TH AND HEATH TO BE ADDRESSED. MOTION WAS UNANIMOUSLY CARRIED.
