Subject: Festival of Wreaths
Introduction
The Arts Commission appointed Commissioner Kovarik as Chair and Commissioner Cheesman as Co-
chair of the Festival of Wreaths. The purpose of the Festival of Wreaths it to add an artistic component
and financial donation to the Friends in Need Food Shelf via the Canadian Pacific Holiday Train.
Event Date: Tuesday, December 10, 2019
Logistics:
• Donation of wreaths: VFW via Boy Scout Sales
• Event Flyer – see attached
• Google Doc to reserve wreath – cottagegrovemn.gov/fow20019
• Donated wreaths: Beyond the Yellow Ribbon
• Coordinate day of event (12/10 - 3:30pm)
• Coordinate monetary donation with FIN (due 11/29)
