2019 HOLIDAY TRAIN FESTIVAL OF WREATHS
PRESENTED BY: The Cottage Grove Arts Commission
A Benefit for the Friends in Need Food Shelf
The Festival of Wreaths is an exciting opportunity to complement and contribute to the Holiday Train’s 17th
Anniversary of the Cottage Grove stop. The festival emphasizes the seasonal aspect of the Holiday Train with a
strong visual symbol of gift-giving and generosity.
Your company, organization, or family can deepen your spirit of the season by sponsoring a wreath while
decorating it with your own sense of style. A 36” holiday wreath will be provided to each group pledging to be a
sponsor for $100. Up to thirty wreaths will be offered on a first-come basis.
Your group is expected to provide decorations to decorate the wreath in ‘holiday season style’. A stand and
donor signage will be provided on site the day of the Holiday Train. Electricity will not be provided to the sight;
battery powered lights are strongly encouraged.
Groups have a choice after the Holiday Train show is over to take it to your place of business or personal
residence. Or, when registering please indicate if you would like to donate your wreath to a local family that
would otherwise be without this holiday season; coordinated by Beyond the Yellow Ribbon.
Important Dates:
