FACILITY OPERATIONS COMMITTEE MINUTES

SPECIAL MEETING – 2:00 P.M. (Remote Meeting, completed via Zoom)
1. CALL TO ORDER: Meeting called to order at 4:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Committee members present: Chairperson Angela Gorall (Woodbury), Jennifer Levitt (Cottage
Grove), Clint Gridley (Woodbury), Robin Roland (Cottage Grove), Lee Vague (Woodbury), Pete
Koerner (Cottage Grove).
Also present: Dan Anselment HERO Public Safety Training Manager, and Kris Mienert (Woodbury).
1. 2020 UPDATED FEE SCHEDULE
Horner was introduced by Anselment as the new employee to the team and joined in the meeting.
Anselment presented a proposed updated 2020 fee schedule for FOC consideration and noted
changes from the currently adopted schedule. FOC members reviewed the proposal and discussed
changes in relation to the original business plan. The pricing for the mats room was reviewed in more
depth due to the cost of maintenance involved. Anselment was supportive of an increase and
recommended $100/4 hours after discussion with the FOC, but he recommended some further
research as well in the future.
Motion by Gridley/Roland to approve the 2020 updated fee schedule as presented to be effective
immediately with the update that the fee for the mats room be increased to $100 per four hour
block. Roll call vote. Motion carried 6 to 0.
2. ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Levitt/Koerner to adjourn at 4:15. Roll call vote. Motion carried 6
to 0.
