RE: 9260 Military Road — Wolterstorff Buildings Demolition
Introduction
As a result of the Northwick Park final plat for a single-family residential neighborhood, the
Wolterstorff residence was demolished.
Discussion
The property was not listed on the City's Local Register of Historic Places nor was it on the Inventory
of Historic Properties. It is believed that access to the site was restricted to the previous Historic
Preservation Staff. For all demolition permits of known historic properties, a condition of the permit
is that the sites be photo documented. That condition was included for this demolition. Exterior
photos are shown below.

The interior of the house had been gutted by the previous owners, and the missing woodwork,
stairs, and flooring made it difficult and unsafe to get good interior photos. No unique architectural
design features were noted on the interior.
Recommendation
Review and discuss the property.
