E Aggregate Industries - 2021 Mining Permit Staff Recommendation:Adopt Resolution 2021-012 approving the 2021 Mining Permit for Aggregate Industries— Nelson Sand& Gravel Facility. F Planning Commission Chair Appointment Staff Recommendation:Appoint Tony Khambata as the Planning Commission Chair. G East Point Douglas Road and Jamaica Avenue Reconstruction and Signal Modifications— Support Pursuit of 2021 LRIP Funding from MnDOT Staff Recommendation:Adopt Resolution 2021-011 in support of the pursuit of 2021 Local Road Improvement Program (LRIPJ Funding from the Minnesota Department of Transportation(MnDOTJ for the East Point Douglas Road and Jamaica Avenue Reconstruction and Signal Modifications Project. H Summers Landing 5th Addition -Street & Utility Improvements Staff Recommendation:Adopt Resolution 2021-013 approving the feasibility report and authorizing the preparation of plans and specifications for the Summers Landing 5th Addition Street& Utility Improvements. I 2021 Standard Specifications and 2021 Standard Detail Plates Staff Recommendation:Approve the Cottage Grove 20215tandard Specifications for Street& Utility Construction and 2021 Standard Detail Plates. J Approval of Rental Licenses Staff Recommendation:Approve the issuance of rental licenses to the properties listed in the attached table. K City-Wide Sweeping Quote Award - Contract Extension Staff Recommendation:Adopt Resolution 2021-014 awarding the 2021 City-Wide Sweeping Project to Mike McPhillips, Inc.for$85.00 per hour as was received during the 2020 quote process. L Assistance to Firefighters Grant Application Staff Recommendation:Authorize Public Safety to apply for an AFG grant for$44,820 to provide fire investigation training to our fire department staff. M Cottage Grove Lions Raffle Permit Staff Recommendation:Authorize issuance of a single-occasion gambling permit to the Cottage Grove Lions to conduct a raffle at Carbone's Pizza, 7155 Jorgensen Ln S, on Apri120, 2021. N Leafline Labs, LLC—CUP Approval Extension Staff Recommendation:Adopt Resolution 2021-015 approving the extension to Resolution 2020-027 to extend the deadline to start construction of the expansion project for Leafline Labs located at 8235 97th Street South until February 19,2023. 8 APPROVE DISBURSEMENTS A Approve payments for the period of 1/15/2021-1/28/2021 in the amount of$1,547,342.61. 9 PUBLIC HEARINGS 10 BID AWARDS 11 REGULAR AGENDA 12 COUNCIL COMMENTS AND REQUESTS 13 WORKSHOPS - OPEN TO PUBLIC A Weber Parcel —Oppidan Development Staff Recommendation:Review the Concept Plan Presentation by Oppidan Development and give feedback to the proposed development at the Weber Parcel. 14 WORKSHOPS - CLOSED TO PUBLIC 15 ADJOURNMENT
