B Planning Commission Minutes Staff Recommendation:Accept and place on file the minutes from the March 22,2021, Planning Commission meeting. C Rental License Approvals Staff Recommendation:Approve the issuance of rental licenses to the properties in the attached table. D Advisory Committee on Historic Preservation Appointments Staff Recommendation:Appoint the following residents to fill the vacant seats on the Advisory Committee on Historic Preservation:Bryan Edwards to a term ending February 28,2023;Jacob Grundhauser to a term ending February 28,2023;Linda Johnston to a term ending February 28, 2023. E Planning Commission Appointment Staff Recommendation:Appoint Jerret Wright to fill an unexpired term on the Planning Commission ending February 28,2022. F Building Inspections Services Agreements— Newport and St. Paul Park Staff Recommendation:Approve the euilding Inspections Services Agreements with the City of Newport and the City of St. Paul Park. G 2021-2022 Contract with SWWD for Erosion and Sediment Control Inspections Staff Recommendation:Approve the contract with the SWWD to conduct MS4 erosion and sediment control inspections at residential and commercial construction sites. H 2O21-2022 Code Abatement Contract Staff Recommendation:Approve the contract with Valdes Lawn Care and Snow Removal LLC for 2021-20221awn moving abatement services. I SWWD CCIP Grant for Maintenance of Pond ED-P2.1 Staff Recommendation:Approve the grant agreement with the South Washington Watershed District(SWWD) Coordinated Capital lmprovement Program(CCIP)for the Maintenance of Pond ED-P2.1 in the amount of$101,825. J Cottage Grove Lions Temporary Liquor License Staff Recommendation:Authorize issuance of a temporary liquor license to the Cottage Grove Lions forJune 19, 2021 at 7025 LamarAvenue South in conjunction with a softball tournament. K Park Dedication/Lot Split- 6329 Jewel Bay Staff Recommendation:Approve the deed with McHatties to dedicate park land for future trail corridor and adopt Resolution 2021-063 approving the lot split. L East Point Douglas Road and Jamaica Avenue Reconstruction and Signal Modifications—Award Sewer Televising Project Staff Recommendation:Adopt Resolution 2021-064 awarding the Sewer Televising for the East Point Douglas Road and Jamaica Avenue Reconstruction and Signal Modifications Project to Visu-Sewer in the amount of$52,672.50. M Stop Sign for Eastbound 100th Street at Jamaica Avenue Staff Recommendation:Adopt Resolution 2021-065 approving the placement of a stop sign for eastbound traffic on 100th Street at Jamaica Avenue. The installation of this stop sign will make the intersection an all-way stop. N Highlands Park Court Replacement Staff Recommendation:Authorize service agreement with Bituminous Roadways to remove and replace Highlands Park basketball courts for the amount of$53,000.00. O Electronic Correspondence Retention Policy Update Staff Recommendation:Approve change to electronic correspondence retention policy. 8 APPROVE DISBURSEMENTS A Approve payments for the period of 4/16/2021-4/29/2021 in the amount of$1,025,007.84. 9 PUBLIC HEARINGS 10 BID AWARDS 11 REGULAR AGENDA 12 COUNCIL COMMENTS AND REQUESTS 13 WORKSHOPS - OPEN TO PUBLIC 14 WORKSHOPS - CLOSED TO PUBLIC A City Administrator Performance Evaluation Staff Recommendation:Close the meeting pursuant to MN Statute 13D.05 subd.
