F Settlers Bluff—Xcel Easement Agreement Staff Recommendation:Approve the Xcel Easement Agreement to allow City infrastructure to be built owned, and maintained within a Transmission Line Easement. G Planning Commission Minutes Staff Recommendation:Accept and place on file the minutes from the September 27,2021, Planning Commission meeting. H Washington County Community COVID-19 Vaccination MOU Staff Recommendation:Authorize executing the COVID-19 Testing and Vaccination MOU amendment between Washington County and the City of Cottage Grove. I Sale of 2014 Ambulance Staff Recommendation:Authorize the sale of the 2014 Chevrolet G4500 Ambulance.
