Staff Recommendation:Adopt Resolution 2021-136 accepting donations received between July 1 and September
30,2021.
B Revised Investment Policy
Staff Recommendation:Adopt Revised Investment Policy.
C Hamlet and Oakwood Park Deed Restriction Resolutions
Staff Recommendation:1.Adopt Resolution 2021-137 approving deed restrictions upon Oakwood Park.2.Adopt
Resolution 2021-138 approving deed restrictions upon Hamlet Park.
D Communications Manager Hiring
Staff Recommendation:Approve the hiring of Jen Longaecker as Communications Manager.
E 61 Marine & Sports—Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan Amendment
Staff Recommendation:Adopt Resolution 2021-139 approving a conditional use permit and site plan review for the
expansion of a legal nonconforming use to allow the construction of a 4,000 square foot building addition to be
used for boat and recreational vehicle showroom space at 61 Marine&Sports, 11730 Point Douglas Drive South.
F Settlers Bluff—Xcel Easement Agreement
Staff Recommendation:Approve the Xcel Easement Agreement to allow City infrastructure to be built owned, and
maintained within a Transmission Line Easement.
G Planning Commission Minutes
Staff Recommendation:Accept and place on file the minutes from the September 27,2021, Planning Commission
meeting.
H Washington County Community COVID-19 Vaccination MOU
Staff Recommendation:Authorize executing the COVID-19 Testing and Vaccination MOU amendment between
Washington County and the City of Cottage Grove.
I Sale of 2014 Ambulance
Staff Recommendation:Authorize the sale of the 2014 Chevrolet G4500 Ambulance.
J Glengrove Industrial Park 9th Addition — Preliminary Plat and Final Plat
Staff Recommendation:Adopt Resolution 2021-140 approving a preliminary plat and final plat to be called
Glengrove Industrial Park 9th Addition consisting of one lot and one outlot.

A Approve payments for the period of 10/20/2021-11/4/2021 in the amount of$2,790,358.58.
