C Portable Restroom Contract
Staff Recommendation:Authorize three-year agreement commencing on January 1,2022 with Jimmy's Johnny's,
Inc.for portable restroom service for the City of Cottage Grove.
D Termination of AG Preservation Designation
Staff Recommendation:Adopt Resolution 2021-142 authorizing termination of Metropolitan Agricultural Preserve
Designation from three parcels located within the City of Cottage Grove.
E Open Forum Response Letter- Mississippi Dunes
F Ice Arena & Public Works Preventative Maintenance Contract
Staff Recommendation:Approve the preventative maintenance agreements with Kraft Mechanical for the Ice
Arena in the amount of$3,700 and the Public Works facility in the amount of$3,300.
G Open Forum Response Letter- East Point Douglas Road Pedestrian Safety
Staff Recommendation:Receive letter in response to open forum issue raised at the November 3,2021, City Council
Regular Meeting regarding Pedestrian Safety on East Point Douglas Road.
H Comment Letter- Washington County Draft CIP 2022-2026
Staff Recommendation:Authorize staff to send a comment letter to Washington County regarding their draft 2022-
2026 Capital lmprovement Program(CIP).
I Central Fire Station Preventative Maintenance Contract
Staff Recommendation:Approve the preventative maintenance agreement with Kraft Mechanical for the Central
Fire Station in the amount of$8,884.
J 2022 Business License Renewals
Staff Recommendation:Adopt Resolution 2021-146 authorizing issuance of 2022 business licenses conditioned on
compliance with all applicable state and local regulations related to each license type.

L 80th Street Crossing— Minor Subdivision/Preliminary and Final Plat
Staff Recommendation:Adopt Resolution 2021-143 approving a preliminary plat and final plat to be called
Eightieth Street Crossing, which subdivides the existing parcel located at 6990 80th Street South into two lots of
record.
M TG-P14 Pond Improvements—Approve Plans & Specifications and Establish Bid Date
Staff Recommendation:Adopt Resolution 2021-145 approving the plans and specifications and establishing a
December 16,2021, bid date for the TG-P14 Pond Improvements project.
N Draft Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) for the Mississippi Dunes Redevelopment
Site
Staff Recommendation:Authorize the distribution of the draft Environmental Assessment Worksheet(EAWJ for
comment.

Staff Recommendation:Receive response to Friends of the Mississippi River regarding correspondence submitted to

Staff Recommendation:Receive response to open forum comments regarding parking issues along 72nd Street.
R Purchase Agreement and Right of Entry Agreement with Glendenning Farms, L.P., Joan
Glendenning Kennedy Family Limited Partnership, and WAG Farms, Inc.
Staff Recommendation:1.Approve the Purchase Agreement for the purchase of property by the City of Cottage
Grove from Glendenning Farms, L.P.,Joan Glendenning Kennedy Family Limited Partnership, and WAG Farms, Inc.
for development purposes. 2.Approve the Right of Entry Agreement with Glendenning Farms, L.P,Joan
Glendenning Kennedy Family Limited Partnership, and WAG Farms, Inc. to prepare the property for development
opportunities.
