• PVC irrigation pipe Iifespan is typically 10-25 years. River Oaks pipe was installed in 1990 (32 years of age)
• A typical month we will see 10-12 breaks, some being massive in size and repair costs

• Labor cost to make a repair or the opportunity cost of what could have been achieved with labor working on the course
• Disruption to the course and play dueto repairing pipe bursts and leaks. Customer Experience is affected when breaks occur
• Qua Iityofthe turf due to a poorly perform ingirrigationsystem
• Costs will typically not go down, already they have gone up approximately 10 %
