CLOSED MEETING – St Croix Room (Closed Meeting)
1. Call to Order
Mayor Bailey called the Special Meeting to order at 9:02 p.m.
2. Move to Close the Meeting
A motion to close the meeting pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 13D.05 subd.
3(b) for attorney client privileged communication to discuss annexation of the Holcim
property and potential litigation was made by Council Member Olsen at 9:02 p.m.
and seconded by Council Member Khambata.
3. Move to Open the Meeting
A motion to open the closed meeting was made by Council Member Olsen at 10:09
p.m. and seconded by Council Member Dennis.
4. Adjournment
A motion to adjourn the April 5, 2023, meeting was made by Council Member Olsen
and seconded by Council Member Khambata.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:09 p.m.
