Public Hearings and Applications 6.1 7404 Lamar Restaurant — Cases MS23-003, ZA23-003, SP23-003, V23-003 Wayne Butt has applied for a minor subdivision, rezoning, site plan review, and side yard parking lot and driveway setback variance for a proposed restaurant in the existing building located at 7404 Lamar Avenue South. The subject property is zoned B-2, Retail Business District, and is guided as Commercial on the Land Use plan in 2040 Comprehensive plan. 6.2 Norhart Apartments — Cases CP23-007, ZA23-007, SP23-007 Norhart Architecture LLC has applied for a comprehensive plan amendment, a zoning amendment, and a site plan review for a proposed 299-unit apartment building to be located on the southwest corner of 100th Street and Hadley Avenue. 6.3 Water Treatment Plant Building — Case SP2023-008 The City of Cottage Grove has applied for a site plan review of the proposed low zone water treatment plant and Engineering & Utility Building to be located on the northeast corner of Ideal Avenue and 100th Street. 7.
