CALL TO ORDER The City Council of the City of Cottage Grove, Washington County, Minnesota, held a special meeting on March 20, 2024, at Cottage Grove City Hall, 12800 Ravine Parkway. Mayor Bailey called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. 2. Agenda East Point Douglas/Jamaica Project – Closed pursuant to Minn. Stat. 13D.05 subd. 3(b) attorney-client privilege to provide an update on acquisition and eminent domain litigation for the East Point Douglas/Jamaica project. Mayor Bailey asked for a motion to close the special meeting pursuant to Minn. Stat. 13D.05 subd. 3(b) attorney-client privilege to provide an update on acquisition and eminent domain litigation for the East Point Douglas/Jamaica project.
