CALL TO ORDER The City Council of the City of Cottage Grove, Washington County, Minnesota, held a special meeting on May 1, 2024, at Cottage Grove City Hall, 12800 Ravine Parkway. Mayor Bailey called the meeting to order at 5:45 p.m. 2. Agenda East Point Douglas/Jamaica Project – Closed pursuant to Minn. Stat. 13D.03. for attorney client privilege to discuss labor negotiations. Mayor Bailey asked for a motion to close the special meeting pursuant to Minn. Stat. 13D.03 for attorney-client privilege to discuss labor negotiations. Motion by Council Member Olsen, seconded by Council Member Khambata, to close the meeting at 5:47 p.m. Motion by Council Member Olsen and seconded by Council Member Thiede to open the meeting at 6:45 p.m. Minutes prepared by Tamara Anderson, City Clerk.
