NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of Cottage Grove, County of Washington, State of Minnesota, that $1,085.60 be paid to Braun Turf Farms, as final payment for the 1997 Park Improvement Project. This work has been satisfactorily completed by the Contractor, Braun Turf Fanns, in accordance with the contract plans and specifications. Therefore, it is recommended that final payment be made and the project be accepted by the City of Cottage Grove. The contract was amended to include Change Order No. 1. The Kingston Pazk Picnic Shelter site involved additional grading, topsoil, and sod placement. Also the Grey Cloud SchooUKingston Pazk involved, removal of existing sod, subcutting clay soils, subcutting in field azeas and placement of topsoil.
